Race entry fees:
$150 per individual. All other fees are waived for the 2010 race/rally

Once we have received your entry form, we will email you with details of how to process your entry payment.

NB: Fees MUST have been received by the organisers before the documents are sent to Indonesia for processing – no exceptions.

This form contains an application for entry as well a list of requirements for a yacht C.A.I.T (for further information see Item 6 in the Notice of Race).

ALL THE INFORMATION REQUESTED IN THIS DOCUMENT IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO OBTAIN A CRUISING AUTHORITY FOR INDONESIAN TERRITORY WATERS (C.A.I.T)

Late entries will ONLY be accepted if an additional fee of AUD$250.00 is paid to cover the cost of a DHL airbag to ship the C.A.I.T. documents (see Item 5.1 in the Notice of Race) to and from Jakarta Indonesia for processing. The Committee accept no responsibility whatsoever for the non arrival of these, prior to the race.

  1. Colour photograph of boat and a Passport quality photo of the Captain
  2. Scanned copies of Captains and Crew Passports (pages showing photo and expiry date)
  3. Scanned copy of ships registration papers – BOTH SIDES
  4. List of all ports of call whilst in Indonesia

Please use appropriate file names for the attachments. For example, the photograph of the boat should have the name of the boat as the file name. Please indicate the boat's name in the subject of the email.
